Sayad Najd Store is always keen to provide a unique buying experience for the customer with the products that we provide through the pages of Sayad Najd Store, so we allow the customer to request the exchange or return of the products that he purchased through us according to specific controls, so the return or exchange process is subject to the following conditions:



- Replacement within 7 days only from the date of purchase, or the arrival of the product sent.

- Return within 3 days from the date of purchase, or the arrival of the product sent.


- The original purchase invoice must be available upon exchange and return for all our customers.


- - The product must be unused and in its original condition with all labels intact. The product received by the customer must be in the condition in which he received it, and the product must not have been used, tampered with, the carton dismantled, damaged, neglected in preserving it, or damaged in any way, or obtaining any benefit from the product even if the product is still in the warranty period.


- If the item contains a security label, it must be kept with it. The product must have all accessories, gifts, stickers and packaging attached to it, and no stickers should be removed from the product or tampered with. If the security sticker is removed. Then the returned item will not match the terms of the return policy and document, and its value will not be refunded.


- We do not accept products that have been damaged by misuse or that show signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty.


Guns are not returned or exchanged because their sale is related to a permit from the Ministry of Interior, except on the same day of purchase, before the documents are handed over to the Ministry of Interior, noting that they are covered by a comprehensive warranty for a full year.

Return or exchange of defective products:

1. If the customer submits a request to return or replace the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product due to a defect in the product, the maintenance department in the store will review the request and examine the product. If the product has a defect, we will replace or return the product or repair it and return it to the customer, as the case may be.

2. If the customer applies for a return or replacement after 7 days from the date of receipt and during the warranty period of the product, the product will be subject in this case to the terms of the warranty and not the exchange or return policy.

3. In the event of a defect or manufacturing defect, the darbil is returned and the amount is refunded within 3 days, or it is replaced or sent for maintenance with the company during the rest of the period. Shipping and maintenance costs, if any, are free according to the manufacturer's policy.

4. In the event that the request for exchange or return is accepted, we will implement the customer’s request immediately, but in the event that the request for exchange or return is rejected, the customer must receive the product again. The refusal of a replacement or return request shall not prejudice the customer's entitlement to the warranty in accordance with the warranty policy.

Exchange and return expenses:

1 In the event that the exchange or return is due to the store’s fault or a defect in the product, the store will bear the shipping costs to and from the customer, and it will offer the exchange or return free of charge.

2. In the event that the customer rejects the request for exchange or return, the customer will bear the shipping cost of receiving or delivering the product to him, and the customer must pay its value to the store.

Price difference in exchange:

In the event of an exchange or obtaining an alternative product in the event that the required product is not available, in this case, the price differences are taken into account:

1. If the price of the product to be replaced is less than the product ordered, the customer must pay the price difference to the store before receiving the ordered product.

2. If the product to be replaced has a price greater than the required product, the store will refund the price difference to the customer with the same payment method.

Rejection of the return request:

In the event that the return request is rejected after being evaluated by the department concerned with reviewing return requests in the store, the customer will not be able to recover any of the amounts paid, and the process will be considered a valid sale, and the customer will have the benefit of the guarantee policy that we provide.

(8) Refund Policy:

1. In the event that the product was returned due to a defect in the product or its non-conformity with the specifications and details of the sale, the Sayad Najd store will refund the money to the customer within 14 working days from the date of submitting the return request with the same payment method that the customer provided us with during the purchase.

2. In the event that the refund to the customer was due to the store's fault, the store will bear the fees of the electronic payment gateway, and the customer will not bear any costs related to returning the amounts to the customer's account again.

3. In the event that the refund is based on the customer’s request in accordance with the exchange and return policy and without an error on the part of the store, then in this case the customer will bear the fees of the electronic payment gateway and it will be deducted from the amount.


- The products sold by us are covered by a warranty for a period of one / two years, depending on each product, and the warranty starts from the date of purchase.


The warranty starts from the date of purchase. We will carry out an examination process for replacement, return or repair, and approval or rejection will be obtained from the maintenance department for replacement, return or repair of the product and return it to the customer.


- The value of the product will be refunded within 14 days as a maximum.

Sayad Najd Store provides the warranty according to what the manufacturers of the products provide and according to their policies. We will provide with each product its own warranty policy provided by the manufacturer.

(1) Defects covered by the warranty: The comprehensive warranty is for life against defects and manufacturing errors, and includes the accuracy of the wheels and the tolerance of setbacks (according to the strength allowed by the manufacturer).

(ii) Guarantee Mechanism:

- Ensure the clarity of the lenses: The full guarantee of the clarity is provided by the Sayyad Najd Foundation for all railings for a period of two years ( provided that there is no prolonged exposure to the sun or scratches ), as the guards are consumer products that are affected by weather factors, humidity and preservation. - The standard of guarantee in the event of a difference of opinion regarding accuracy: the viewfinder is subject to a test with an integrated, separate and completely airtight clutch accuracy test device, and personal opinions or other factors represented in (the accuracy of the nut - the archer - the slit) do not interfere in the test.

(3) Warranty Terms:

- Before requesting the guarantee, the exchange and return policy approved by the Sayyad Najd store should be applied, and after applying the terms of exchange and return to the case, the guarantee will be considered in accordance with the provisions of this policy.

- The warranty period is (two years) inclusive of all manufacturing defects, provided that the warranty period provided by the manufacturer is two years or more. If the warranty period provided by the manufacturer is less than two years, then the warranty period specified by the company shall be applied.

- In the event of a defect or damage due to misuse, the warranty policy provided by Sayad Najd does not apply to these cases, and therefore the product in this case is not covered by the warranty, and in this case the manufacturer's policy applies, as the product may be in this case ( Not covered by the warranty - free maintenance guarantee - paid maintenance guarantee).

- In the event that the defect is due to misuse, the customer pays an insurance (500 riyals) for shipping procedures and spare parts, and shipping and maintenance costs (if any) are deducted, provided that the customer pays the cost difference (if the costs are higher) or that the store pays the amount The remainder (if the costs are less than the amount paid), and the customer has the right to request an invoice for the amount paid or the final settlement. It is all subject to the manufacturer's policy.

- The products are maintained within a period of 15 days from the date our team receives the product, and this period will not include the time it takes to obtain the necessary spare parts for maintenance work.




- If the same product to be replaced is not available because there is no stock, you will be contacted to offer an alternative, and it will not be shipped until after obtaining your approval or not.


- The warranty covers the service of repairing or replacing spare parts for free in the event of a manufacturing defect, and the warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value.


Damages resulting from misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual are excluded from the warranty service.
